Faltan unos días para Halloween, pero en L.A. ya comienza a vivirse el espíritu de.
Entre lucesitas rojas y negras, invitaciones para los Halloween Party, el carnaval de West Hollywood, calabazas, brujas, fantasmas uno comienza a comprar los tradicionales dulces para recibir a los niños el próximo 31.

Me gusta Halloween en L.A.

Y lo festejo a full. No solo me disfrazo sino que recibo con gusto y placer a todos los niños que se acercan a mi puerta.También suelo ir a varias fiestas y al clásico desfile en la Santa Mónica Bulevar. Donde la comunidad gay se roba siempre todas las cámaras.

Así que mientras lavo mi disfraz para éste sábado (en el cual romperé con mi fasting alcohólico) subo un video muy a tono con las fechas.

La letra del tema elejido me encanta...es todo un poema.

Annie Decatur Danielewsk (03.23.1968)
Nombre tomado para Halloween basado en una historia corta de Edgar Allan Poe. Poe firma contrato con Atlantic durante el boom de las cantautoras femeninas a mediado de los 90.
Originaria de Nueva York, se muda varias veces con sus padres (su pare es director y su madre actriz) pero a los 16 retorna a N. Y. City, cuando sus padres se divorcian. Poe se enrola con Princeton y toca en la banda durante un tiempo.

Firma con Atlantic en 1994 y graba un album "Hello" del cual es co-autora. El sencillo "Angry Johny" lleva a "Hello" a estar en los primeros lugares durante 1996. En ese entonces realiza un tour apoyando a Lenny Kravitz. Cinco años más tarde Poe regresa con el álbum "Hunted"
